![]() ![]() ![]() Code come and go depending if I ride hard stay off.does not seen to loose power. If I ride to long in the 5500 code come on. ![]() ![]() To clear code I have to ride over 6500 rpm. All was inspect no leak.now what is weird. Installed new set of pressision charge tubes with heavy duty clamps. Went to dealer did not take any chance had sensor changed. Inspected my sensor hose all good my charger tubes where loose. Suddenly last weekend I god this code pop up. Wondering if you still have the issue? I have 2017 Tcat. I think there is some type of issue, with the circuitry, I believe Cat told the dealer, it is a known issue.Īt this point, I'm going to live with it, as it's a hassle getting it back to the dealer. I'm seeing 8750 RPM at WOT, and I'm sure if the conditions were hard packed ice, I'd have seen 120 + MPH, so whatever it is, it's not effecting the performance. I slowed down and with the code flashing, opened it back up. The first 5 wide open runs to about 110 MPH (3' of powder on glare ice).No code. Saturday I had a chance to test it out on the lake, the results: Took it back to the dealer who sent the computer history to Cat, who said it was a bad sensor, which the dealer replaced. worked every time with mine.Speaking of my sled, I started getting the code virtually every time I held the throttle wind open for more than a second or two. Click to expand. You "should" be able to clear the code simply by shutting off the key, and then restarting the engine. ![]()
